We are taking the best of both worlds to create Pizzeria Faulisi. Freshly milled flour from Boulted Bread in Raleigh along with Caputo flour from Italy will be combined to make our unique dough. Local vegetables and grains will be used in our daily antipasti selections.  Simple foods from a simple way of cooking, a wood burning oven. From gnocchi to meatballs to the occasional NC fish, it will all be cooked from the heat of the wood.

I have worked for big boy chefs like Batali and Carmellini, but now it is time to get back to basics. The foods I grew up eating with the techniques I've learned in my career. Tomato, cheese, and bread. Yes, please. Oh, and wine too.

AMBER FAULISI

Cook & Owner

After graduating culinary school, I have worked up and down the East Coast working for well known Chefs such as Andrew Carmellini and have traveled and tasted some of the best foods and wines from East to West Coast. Of all the foods, pizza has become my true passion.

For that moment when you want to celebrate around the table with 11 of your closest friends and family eating, drinking, and laughing. The Family Table is the only table that can be reserved at Pizzeria Faulisi and features a family style menu of pizza and antipasti priced per person to be passed and shared amongst the table.
